This is Pierre Prieur's take on Sauvignon Blanc — a dry white wine out of France from the 2025 vintage. About the grape — Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. It comes from Sancerre in the Loire, a benchmark home for crisp, flinty Sauvignon Blanc. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Serve it well chilled.
