This is Pierre Maiziere's take on Pinot Noir — a dry red wine out of France from the 2023 vintage. Pinot Noir is a delicate, thin-skinned red grape famed for its silky texture and bright flavors of red cherry, raspberry and earthy, savory undertones. It's from Burgundy, the legendary French home of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Serve it slightly chilled with salmon, roast chicken or anything with mushrooms. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
