Paulo silva Casal azenha colares white 2021

This dry white wine comes to you from Portugal from the 2021 vintage. It comes from Colares, a tiny seaside enclave near Lisbon where ungrafted old vines grow right in the sand dunes — some of the few in Europe to survive the phylloxera plague. It's lovely with fish, shellfish, salads and lighter plates. Chill it down and enjoy.
