This dry white wine comes from Greece, built around Assyrtiko from the 2023 vintage. Assyrtiko is Greece's noblest white grape, native to Santorini, producing bone-dry, mineral-driven wines with searing acidity and citrus, saline and stone-fruit character. It comes from Nemea, the rolling heart of the Peloponnese and the home turf of the Agiorgitiko grape. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Chill it down and enjoy.
