Mezzek Sauvignon blanc/pinot gris 2024

Meet Mezzek's dry white wine: a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, all from Bulgaria from the 2024 vintage. Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. There's Pinot Gris in the blend too: a white grape giving fuller-bodied, gently aromatic wines with ripe pear, stone fruit and a soft, rounded texture. Bulgaria has a long wine history and a cast of native grapes, making characterful, great-value reds and whites. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea.
