Here's a fine dry white wine from Dlc Sultaniye Emir, made in Turkey from the 2022 vintage. Turkey is one of the oldest grape-growing places on the planet, rich in native varieties and deep tradition. It's lovely with fish, shellfish, salads and lighter plates. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
