From Ch. de Respide in France, this dry white wine blends Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc from the 2023 vintage. Sémillon is a white grape giving rounded, waxy-textured wines with notes of lemon, fig and honey, and is also key to many of the world's great sweet wines. It's joined by Sauvignon Blanc — a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass.
