This is Casa Patronales's take on Sauvignon Blanc — a dry white wine out of Chile from the 2025 vintage. About the grape — Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. Chile is winemaking heaven — a long ribbon of vineyards tucked between the Andes and the Pacific, giving famously clean, fruit-filled, easy-to-love wines. It's made for seafood — oysters, grilled fish, a fresh salad or a tangy goat cheese. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
