Avantis Amygdalies evia rose 2025

This is Avantis Amygdalies's take on Syrah — a dry rosé wine out of Greece from the 2025 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Syrah is a bold red grape producing dark, full-bodied wines with blackberry, black-pepper and smoky, savory notes; it is known as Shiraz in Australia. It comes from the island of Evia (Euboea), just off the Greek mainland. It's summer in a glass — pour it with salads, grilled veg, charcuterie or Mediterranean spreads. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
