This is Aivalis's take on Chardonnay — a dry white wine out of Greece from the 2024 vintage. Chardonnay is the world's most famous white grape, remarkably versatile, ranging from crisp and citrusy when unoaked to rich and buttery with notes of apple, pear and, when oak-aged, vanilla and toast. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else.
