Moraitis Paros oak fermented white 2018


The Moraitis Paros Oak Fermented White 2018 is a dry white wine with a Protected Designation of Origin Paros. It is composed of 100% Monemvassia grapes, selected from mountainous vineyards in the regions of Lefkes and Thapsana. The wine undergoes a 5-month fermentation process in new French oak barrels, followed by a 4-year ageing period in the same barrels. Tasting notes highlight flowery and citrus aromas, accompanied by vanilla and dry nuts, creating a harmonious and oily profile with a full body and a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste. This wine pairs well with fatty fish, smoked cheese, poultry, and pork with white sauces, and is best served at a temperature of 10-12°C
